One thing all American and European politicians agree on is Russia is The Enemy.
And The Russians are Bad. This is an article of Faith in the West...Like God who is Always Good...
The Problem is it isn't true.
Russia has Not Invaded Europe to Expanded its Territory or Invaded other countries for "Regime Change"...It has protected its Russian Diaspora along small "slivers" of land in Georgia and Ukraine where Russians were trapped behind New Borders...
But Russia has not Invaded entire Nations like the US has in Afghanistan & Iraq or for "Regime Change" as in Libya, Syria, Vietnam and other places.
Further, Russia does not seem to be preparing to Invade anywhere, while the West is Stuck in Forever Wars and Quagmires Globally and for Decades.
Trump seems to realize this.
He and a few others see Russia as a market for Western Goods and Services. For this he is being criticized and even threatened with "Impeachment" and removal from Office...
With the Rise of China, India and South Asia, America & EU Can Not Afford Obsolete "Traditional Enemies" anymore...
Trump sadly isn't articulate enough to express this to the public. But he seems to understand it
