Black Claims for "Reparations" are Illegal and Likely Unconstitutional under Any Possible Legal Theory...

Reparations are a Claim for Damages.  Claims for Damages are Personal and Can NOT Be Inherited or Divised or Assigned by One Person to another...

Also Damage Claims are subject to the Statute of Limitations which says Claims must be Made within a Certain Number of Years...Usually any where from 3 to 6 years in most Jurisdictions...

If Any Freed Slave had a Claim it would Need to be brought sometime in the 1860s...

So the Statute of Limitations has Long Since Expired on those Claims...

Additionally, any Reparations Staute Now would Likely be challenged as Unconstitutional Taking of Property under various Rules of Constitional Law...

So Lets Dispense with Any Nonsense about Reparations without further confusing people...

Its not going to Happen...
